2. Relationship Clarification
Individuals and entities referred through our Lead-Gen services do not work for Kholey nor Young Monarchy Entertainment, nor are they signed as artists under either entity. Any individual or entity introduced, referred, or connected through our platform maintains their independent status.
3. Artist Signing Disclaimer
We do not "sign" artists. Kholey and Young Monarchy Entertainment are not record labels, talent agencies, or management firms in the traditional sense. We facilitate introductions, strategic connections, and lead generation services. Any formal agreements between parties are independent of our platform.
4. No Guarantees
We make no promises and we also do not accept working with everyone. Submission of an application or inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, representation, or any specific outcome. All partnerships and collaborations are at the sole discretion of the respective parties.
5. Application Fee
Certain premium services, including the Young Monarchy Entertainment partnership application, require a non-refundable $500 application fee. This fee covers the administrative costs of reviewing and processing your application and does not guarantee acceptance into any program.
6. Independent Contractor Status
All leads, referrals, and connected parties are independent entities. No employer-employee, agent-principal, or partnership relationship is created through the use of our services unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kholey and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any outcomes, agreements, disputes, or arrangements that arise between parties introduced through our Lead-Gen services. Users engage with connected parties at their own discretion and risk.
